1. Refund the wrong ticket online or forward the email with the wrong registration at qpem@sidra.org
2. If you paid for less, you have to pay for the remaining balance.
3. If you paid for more, we can refund the excess payment in cash.

The price offered during the registration timeframe is the discounted rate. If you register when the registration is closed, the price will be higher.

We encourage full attendance to the conference since the conference offers very valuable information. However, if you choose not to attend the full conference, the total CPD points will be issued on your certificate based on the sessions attended; you will not receive the full CPD points. Price of the ticket depends on the number of days attended.
